• You own the files you upload OR have explicit permission from the copyright holder
• You are solely responsible for ensuring uploaded files do not violate any laws
• You are solely responsible for ensuring uploaded files do not infringe on any intellectual property rights
• FilesTool is not responsible for any copyright infringement or legal issues arising from your uploads
• You will not upload copyrighted material without proper authorization

4. File Deletion & Data Handling

FilesTool automatically deletes all uploaded files after a short time-to-live (TTL) period:

• Files are retained for 15 minutes to allow download of converted files
• After 15 minutes, both original and converted files are permanently deleted
• Deleted files cannot be recovered
• FilesTool does not maintain backups of user files
• Users should download their converted files immediately after conversion

• Conversion errors or quality issues
• Service interruptions or downtime
